Trevor Hunter leads Talentism's Coaching business, which represents more than 90% of company revenue. As General Manager, he has end-to-end responsibility for strategy, pricing, hiring, compensation, delivery, and productization, and has held P&L ownership multiple times, most recently beginning in mid-2024. He oversees a global team of approximately 35 coaches and is responsible for scaling the firm's largest and most complex line of business.

Over the past decade at Talentism, Trevor has played a central role in building the company's coaching practice from its earliest iteration into a scaled, repeatable offering serving hundreds of VC- and PE-backed companies. Most recently, he led a simplification and centralization of previously fragmented service offerings, redesigned pricing and engagement models, and drove operational changes that contributed to the strongest revenue month in the company's history, significantly exceeding targets.

In his work with clients, Trevor partners with founders, CEOs, and executive teams navigating periods of rapid growth, transition, and uncertainty. He has supported leaders through IPOs, founder and CEO transitions, restructurings, rapid scale, and complex legal and organizational challenges, and is often embedded in the highest-impact initiatives at Talentism's largest accounts.

Trevor joined Talentism as its fourth employee and has held numerous roles across analysis, content, product, and delivery. He is the co-author of Talentism's core coaching methodology and serves as Head of IP, having built the foundational training and development systems used across the coaching organization.

Trevor enjoys making and listening to music, playing Dungeons and Dragons, watching British panel shows, baking, and spending time with his dog Finn.
