Tolu has spent her career at the intersection of talent, technology, and education across Africa and globally. She founded Caret to help high-growth companies source and manage exceptional non-technical talent, and serves as VP, Corporate Training at ALX, part of the African Leadership Group on a mission to develop 3 million ethical and entrepreneurial leaders by 2035.

Outside of work

Based in Toronto, Tolu can be found nose deep in a book, taking long walks around the city, or new experiences with friends.
