Tanaz Mody is an Executive Coach and Operating Partner with 20+ years of experience building the infrastructure for high-growth startups and venture capital firms. Currently, she is serving as an Operating Partner at a VC firm, advising portfolio founders on organizational planning and culture to help early-stage companies avoid common pitfalls and scale effectively.
