Sima helps senior leaders and executive teams at rapidly scaling companies navigate complexity with greater clarity, presence, and effectiveness. She senses what is happening beneath the surface before it is fully articulated and paces insight to match what clients can actually receive, helping leaders move beyond habitual patterns, expand their capacity, and respond more intentionally under pressure.

An ordained Zen priest, Sima's path to executive coaching runs through decades of contemplative practice, yoga instruction, somatic and movement-based training, adult development, and structured inquiry. That background gives her an unusual ability to track emotional tone, avoidance, and emerging patterns simultaneously, and reflect them back in ways that expand awareness, unlock new options, and create meaningful movement.
She founded her coaching practice in 2018, joined Talentism in 2026, and also facilitates peer learning labs for coaches. She works with CEOs, COOs, Chief People Officers, and senior functional leaders at high-growth companies navigating the pressure points of scale, where execution, people, and culture all have to evolve at once.
Sima lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and two children and spends regular time in her hometown of London. Outside of coaching, she enjoys weight training, UK house and garage music, contemplative practice, and a good cup of tea.
“Working with Sima has given me a dedicated space to process the challenges that come with leading at this level — from venting through friction to finding a path forward. She has a real ability to help contextualize why certain patterns resurface, which makes the work feel grounded rather than abstract.
What has stood out most is how she calibrates her delivery to what actually lands for me. The right turn of phrase, the written word — she found my language, and that has made the difference in whether something sticks.
When the conversation calls for it, Sima does not shy away. She will push into the uncomfortable territory, and that directness has been exactly what some of the harder personal and professional questions required.”
