Overview

Sharon's career spans over two decades as a strategic HR leader, executive coach, corporate trainer, and organizational development consultant across finance, insurance, healthcare, data analytics, advertising, and retail. She spent 12 years at Citizens Financial Group building leadership and coaching programs, then moved into VP and Director roles at ISO Claims Partners and Verisk Analytics, where she founded the Verisk Leadership Institute in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing and UVA Darden.

She has been an Executive Coach and Lead Trainer at Talentism since 2018, designing and delivering Clarity Management Training and leading the improvement of Talentism's executive coach training program. Her dual role as trainer and coach is rare on the roster and particularly well suited for accounts that need both management team development and individual coaching.

Outside of work

Fueled by a passion for travel, Sharon often lives as a digital nomad, wandering somewhere in the world hiking, exploring local culture, and connecting with friends old and new.
