Mandisa spent 15 years in retail merchandising, operations, and finance before launching her coaching practice. The bulk of that time was at Macy's, where she rose to VP of Merchandise Financial Planning and helped drive e-commerce revenue from $300M to $4B by leading teams at the intersection of strategy and profitability.

She has been an Executive Coach at Talentism since 2020, bringing a signature ability to reframe individual struggles as structural design problems and deliver hard truths in a way that creates safety rather than shame.

Outside of work

Mandisa lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters and is a lover of music, a science junkie, and a student of meditation.
