Overview

Luna began her career as a company psychologist working across organizations throughout the Netherlands before founding her own coaching and training practice. She later joined the founding team of Breekjaar, a personal development organization, as a trainer and coach before becoming Program and HR Director. She has been an Executive Coach at Talentism since 2021 and Head of Coach Development since 2025.

Her approach is direct and goal-oriented - she cuts to the core of an issue quickly, surfaces misaligned expectations, and designs experiments that help clients move fast.
