Lily Bellow is an executive coach who helps leaders feel more grounded, effective, and human at work. She partners with technical leaders, senior executives, and founders to navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and build high-performing teams who love their work.
Lily's background spans television, finance, education, and technology. She began her career as a television producer, later led communications at Hudson River Trading, and now leads people strategy and executive coaching for Research at OpenAI. Across these roles, she has partnered closely with senior leaders and high-performing teams, navigating growth, ambiguity, and change. Lily also serves on the board of a progressive preschool and a tech startup, and produces a summer theater festival for emerging artists. She holds a BA in English from Harvard University.
