Leigh Garrison

Leigh spent over two decades as a senior marketing executive across Fortune 500 companies and startups in beauty, healthcare, and tech. At Estée Lauder she rose to VP of Global Consumer Experience, leading teams across market research, product marketing, growth, CRM, and data and analytics across 150 countries. At Redesign Health she helped launch more than 20 venture-backed healthcare startups, building and leading a 25-person fullstack marketing team.

In 2022 she founded Colega Consulting, where she works with founders and leaders to identify growth opportunities and provides executive leadership coaching grounded in neuroscience. She joined Talentism as an Operating Partner in 2024, coaching executives at VC and PE-backed technology companies including OpenAI.
