Coach, Engagement Manager
Jessi helps founders and C-suite leaders redefine their roles as their companies scale - what worked at the previous stage of growth, rarely works for the next. She brings ruthless honesty, sharp humor, and a rare ability to translate hard truths into real action.

Jessi spent a decade coaching executives at Fortune 100 and 500 companies and facilitating sessions with a strong focus on communication skills. She has logged hundreds of hours in exactly the conversations everyone else has been quietly engineering their calendars to avoid. She doesn't flinch. She brings the compassion and directness that makes real traction possible.
Before coaching, she built things. She ran a financially sustainable nonprofit theater company, served on the artistic staff of two Off-Broadway companies, and toured internationally facilitating high-stakes conversations with service members and their families. Founders recognize the instinct: figure it out with limited resources and keep people aligned under pressure.
She has coached seed-stage founders through their first leadership hires, high-performing VPs into their first C-suite roles, and established public-company C-suite executives rebuilding trust across fragmented teams.
Her range is the point. She has worked with enough teams and leaders to see what's coming before you do — the organizational debt quietly accumulating, the leadership gap opening up as the company outgrows its early structure, the dynamics on your exec team that are costing you more than you've named yet. She helps you see around corners, make the call you've been circling, and build the leadership approach the next stage actually requires.
The pattern library is what makes her dangerous in the best way.
