Overview

Devon's career spans EdTech, civic entrepreneurship, management consulting, and executive coaching. He was a Product Owner at Imbellus, a venture-backed educational technology startup acquired by Roblox and McKinsey, where he led teams of learning scientists, game developers, and data scientists. Before that he co-founded Run for America as COO, was a Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, and consulted with the Prouty Project on strategic planning and organizational culture for nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and universities.

He joined Talentism as a Partner and Executive Coach in 2023 and also runs DeepLight Coaching. His range is the foundation of how he coaches: he has been in enough rooms across enough industries to recognize systemic patterns most coaches haven't seen, and his clients describe him as a rare combination of deep listener and someone willing to cut through the noise and name what's true.

Outside of work

Devon is a father and husband. Off the clock he is drawn to community service, waterfalls, sealife, improvisational dance, DJing, and writing and poetry — pursuits he frames around joy, community and delving for deeper meaning.
