Avery is an entrepreneur and brand builder invested in coaching leaders to navigate the inherent confusion of growing organizations. Avery has devoted his career to the human component of business, believing that clarity of mission, a collaborative culture, and compelling narratives drive meaningful growth.
As the founder of beverage company Half Past, Avery's utmost consideration was developing a collaborative culture where a team could experience the thrill of building together. After scaling and selling the business, he embedded at the parent company, launching new CPG concepts.
Prior to that, at the digital creative agency Gin Lane, Avery helped clients ranging from hyper-growth founders to Fortune 500 leaders identify shared truth and conceptual north stars.
Avery studied English at Brown University, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for the role of narrative in business. Today, he brings this perspective to his coaching practice, helping leaders find the language and frameworks to guide their organizations while growing themselves.
