Alison Fraser Heisler

Alison helps VPs and C-suite executives cut through complexity and focus on what matters most. With genuine curiosity and a commitment to active learning, she works with leaders and senior managers to understand what's actually holding them back and gain the clarity they need to act with confidence. Her 20 years of experience in media, sales leadership, and applied positive psychology, paired with a strong sense of intuition and nearly a decade coaching Talentism clients, and more recently training other coaches in Talentism methodology, makes her a trusted partner.

Alison spent 20 years as a sales leader and strategic deal-maker in media and entertainment, supporting legacy brands like Fast Company, The Atlantic, and Vanity Fair through print-to-digital transformation while developing high-value partnerships with digital natives including Google and Facebook. That commercial background gives her an unusually grounded understanding of what it means to navigate the next disruptor — AI — including revenue pressure, growth complexity, and what it takes to perform in high-stakes environments.

She has been an Executive Coach and Trainer at Talentism since 2018, working with senior executives and managers at startups through digital blue-chips. She is also a Coach Trainer for Talentism's Clarity Compass Program — supporting coaches in learning Talentism's IP and coaching methodology. She brings a certification in applied positive psychology, a mindfulness practice, and over 15 years of yoga instruction to a coaching style that creates psychological safety and helps clients move from talking about the thing to doing it.

Alison has a passion for good design, indie music, skiing, her decades long yoga practice, travel, and long-distance treks. She volunteers her time coaching teens in underserved communities and military veterans transitioning to civilian life. Alison is married with four children and lives in Westport, CT.
