I work with leaders and executives navigating growth, complexity, organizational pressure, and meaningful transition. My role is to help clients see themselves clearly, identify what's getting in their way, and achieve their goals faster as a result.
My coaching style is thoughtful, practical, and direct. I'm deeply invested in the clients I work with and believe meaningful growth requires self-awareness. I'm especially interested in helping leaders identify blind spots, challenge the narratives that may be limiting them, and develop more effective ways of operating and leading.
I bring empathy, humor, and candor into the coaching relationship while helping clients recognize patterns and assumptions getting in their way.
